Leaving on a jet plane...

Almost a month since my last post. Sheesh. As much as I'd love to write, write, write, there's so little time right now but I have some great pictures of Eloise's latest adventures.

My darling niece, Maeve, was born a month ago and Eloise and I just couldn't wait any longer to get to Atlanta to meet her and squeeze her. Eloise had her first plane ride and did awesome! The flight attendant gave her her first set of "wings". We were so blessed to be seated by Denise, a lovely woman who loved babies. Eloise pretty much sat on her lap the entire flight, playing and chatting it up with her and the cute little boy sitting behind. Eloise didn't sleep the entire flight until the plane landed. Here she is zonked out on Denise's shoulder.

We let the good times roll in Atlanta, Georgia. Eloise loved baby Maeve and had a hysterical time playing with her big cousin, London. Grandma even flew out to spend some quality time with her three grandchildren. What an incredible blessing our growing family is!
My Pumpkin.

Grandma's here!

Here come the smooches!

This thing is as big as me!

Eloise loved having London push her in the Johnny Jumper.
London may have enjoyed it even more than Eloise! (Check out the video footage of these at the end of the blog!)

Aunt Tami got Eloise this sweet hat for the winter. This cuteness just might get me through the cold Nebraska winter.
And here is the sweet, sweet Maeve. One month old already! Looks just like her beautiful mama.
I just had to wrap her up for some constant cuddles.

Eloise loves Baby Maeve. I didn't capture Maeve's face during this encounter, but she was smiling at Eloise. It was precious.
Flower child.

Playing peek-a-boo with Grandma.
So precious. I'm so thankful I got to experience Maeve at this early time of her life. They grow so incredibly fast and we live so far from one another. She's gonna be huge by the next time I'm able to see her.

Buds.
Eloise learned so much watching and playing with her cousin. It was so cute to see London enjoying his time with her. He is going to be a great big brother!

This picture doesn't show the half of it. You need to check out the video footage of this at the end of the blog. Hilarious!
Eloise loved playing with all of London's toys.

Aunt Erica holding her niece for the first time. Bliss.
Playtime! All day, every day!

It's fascinating to see the difference a short six months makes for a baby.
Sweet cousins.
Holding hands.

One of Maeve's first smiles. Beautiful.

Lounging on the front porch.
Mr. London.

Happy child.

More playtime!

Happy Grandma with her beautiful grandchildren. God is so good!
The plane ride home!
Family is the most precious gift. I'm so blessed to have mine. Time flies too fast and life it too short to not make time for them. Squeeze them hard, tell them you love them. Make time with them a priority. I hate being so far from my sister and her beautiful family, but boy when we get together, we have a blast and don't take a moment for granted! I love you so much Jessica, Lance, London, Maeve and Tami. I can't wait to see you again soon!

Here are some action videos of London and Eloise having a good time.
